Candidate requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in a Luxury property/ Hospitality industry.
- Minimum two years experience in maintenance.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must have relevant planned maintenance training.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
