Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an Intermediate Client Liaison Consultant. As the Intermediate Client Liaison Consultant, you will be responsible for various administration duties, primarily logging complaints and compliments on the SEC system. You will ensure the process is followed and follow up with ops if all documentation is not received timeously. You will need a client-centric mentality, with consistent VIP service and personal accountability for client satisfaction and retention. You will be Closing the tasks once the investigations are completed and sending out the letters once they have been approved and checked by the GM. As an Intermediate Client Liaison Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in client relationship management. Requirements: Qualification Travel Diploma. Certificate in Travel & Tourism. Minimum 3 years of experience Intermediate Client Liaison Consultant. Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry. Knowledge of Global Business Travel policies, procedures, and compliance with POPIA. Knowledge of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
