Responsible for various administrative duties. Primary focus on logging customer complaints and compliments on the internal SEC System and following up various team leaders on task escalations once calls are logged. Closing of the tasks once investigations are completed and sending out the relevant correspondence once approved and signed by the relevant GM's. Submitting of all reports and travel alert notifications as required. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Technology & Systems Efficiency – ability to embrace technology solutions, adhere to company policies, procedures, compliance to POPIA etc. Solutions and process driven. Client Satisfaction – exhibit a client centric mentality with consistent VIP service and accountability for client for satisfaction levels and client retention. Enhanced communication, relationship building and rapport building skills essential. People – develop and build multi-level relationships (internal and external). Ability to function in a team with an openness to feedback, mentoring and personal development essential. Values – be a passionate brand ambassador for the organization by exhibiting integrity, personal accountability, commitment to quality, respect for others, embrace diversity etc. General – exhibit a high degree of urgency, be solutions and process driven, exhibit innovation to problem resolution and be a confident client-centric ambassador dealing directly with Clients.
