Client Support Specialist - Pretoria

Minimum requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Financial Planning industry.
  • Administrative experience as an assistant to a Financial Advisor.
  • Good understanding of financial products (investments and life products).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maths at Matric level would be an advantage.
  • B Com degree / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or studying towards a CFP would be an advantage.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients over the phone as well as over email correspondence, using web-based software.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the client expectations
  • Seeking proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions with experience gained in the financial planning industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support clients on a daily basis and should be proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Client centric approach when dealing with clients.
  • Calm and well spoken.
  • Good time and workflow management skills.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
