Minimum requirements: - Knowledge of the Financial Planning industry.
- Administrative experience as an assistant to a Financial Advisor.
- Good understanding of financial products (investments and life products).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maths at Matric level would be an advantage.
- B Com degree / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or studying towards a CFP would be an advantage.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Duties and responsibilities:- Assisting clients over the phone as well as over email correspondence, using web-based software.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the client expectations
- Seeking proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions with experience gained in the financial planning industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Support clients on a daily basis and should be proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
- Client centric approach when dealing with clients.
- Calm and well spoken.
- Good time and workflow management skills.
- Deadline driven.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
