Cloud Application Test Manager to participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status. Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams Resource planning and estimation Owning & tracking the test plan and phases Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows 5 year's experience as Capability as a Test Manager 3 – 5 years Proven ability to manage a team 5 year's experience in testing of cloud-based applications Experience with JIRA / Confluence Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle Experience leading regional test teams Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry Experience testing of cloud-based applications
