National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistic Management Grade12
5 years plus in a warehouse/coldroom (3yrs management) role within a food manufacturing/distribution environment
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain principles, Administration and management Knowledge
Customer Service, Retail and Wholesale industry, inventory management, Personnel and human resources practices,
Production and processing knowledge, Audit compliance, HACCP, ISO, GMP, OHS, ERP Knowledge of Principles and practices of ERP system
