Role title Lease Administrator Division Property Division – Commercial Department Location Sandton Reporting structure Lease Finance Manager Role summary To provide an administrative role within the Commercial Team – Property Division. The administrator will ensure that Group lease administrative requirements are performed in a timeous and seamless manner in accordance with business protocols and as directed by the Lease Finance Manager. This is a deadline driven role which requires attention to detail, time management and coherent verbal and written communication skills. Key work output and accountabilities  Capture new leases, lease renewals and lease extensions on SAP Real Estate.  Follow the workflow approval process and ensure lease activation on SAP Real Estate.  Attend to daily Sigma logs as delegated by the Lease Finance Manager or Accountant  Attend to general queries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.  Distribute monthly tenant sundry CSV files to the respective hospitals as per billing calendar.  Receive and upload tenant sundry CSV files into SAP Real Estate.  Upload monthly electricity and generator fee CSV files.  Process tenant credits, as may be required, and ensure credit supporting documentation is received and uploaded to the tenant account.  Work closely with Central Payments Department by verifying third-party property rental, and utility invoices and attending to all related queries.  Ensure completeness of filing on SharePoint and SAP Real Estate as required.  Attend to any other general administrative tasks as may be reasonably requested by management.  Provide timeous and good quality service as required and in line with the The company values  The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.  Be a model of excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers experience excellent and satisfactory interaction at all times.  Listen with empathy while always remaining professional to complaints and compliments.  Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development.  Keep up to date with Company's evolving policies and procedures. Education  Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification. Work experience  Lease data capture experience.  Lease administration experience.  Lease billing experience.  SAP Real Estate experience  A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Management team or equivalent. Knowledge  Relevant computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); with specific advanced aptitude in MS Excel and SAP Real Estate. R25k - R27 500 pm CTC (Inclusive of medical aid and pension) Apply Now
