We're accepting applications for the position of Commercial Support Specialist. The Commercial Support Specialist plays a pivotal role by ensuring the high-quality performance and compliance of partner mini apps. This position is responsible for conducting operational audits, managing inbound leads, fostering technical collaboration, generating insightful reports, and co-ordinating with the payments and legal teams to maintain up-to-date partner data and oversee commissions collection related to mini apps.This role is critical to maintain uninterrupted operations. Conducting operational audits to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalation matrices, and contact points Managing the vetting process of inbound leads, identifying quick wins, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure all documentation is complete Onboarding and loading mini app partners onto SAP and other related platforms Collaborating with the Technical Project Manager to ensure mini app partners are technically compliant and proactively addressing any issues Generating required reports periodically to present insights and recommendations Working closely with the payments and legal teams to ensure all partner data is current and overseeing the collection of payments related to mini apps Following up with partners for payments on outstanding commissions Matric and three year tertiary qualification At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
