Our client, a manufacturer, supplier and installer of specialist equipment is looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join their team as soon as possible. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's corporate records, and governance procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Responsible for arranging and attending board and committee meetings and preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items Manage all contracts and coordinate relevant contractual information with the various departments EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Company Secretary certification is a plus EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 3 – 5 Years' experience in a similar position Legal background within a corporate environment Familiarity with corporate governance principles and practices Exposure to Juro will be an added benefit Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy
