Our well known Property Company is looking for a Conceirge for their large Property based in Sandton. MUST have a matric and 2-4 years of Client service/Ambassador role/information officer experience. Will be excellently groomed and excellent at communication, be helpful by nature and be very friendly and accomodating at all times. The primary role of this role is to provide personalised assistance and services to guests. You are the first point of contact for guests and use a range of service and administration skills to offer exceptional customer service while maintaining the smooth operation of the establishment. You will answer inquiries, give directions, and coordinate deliveries. You will work face-to-face with guests, providing a high standard of customer service, answering questions, and providing recommendations as required. Greet guests at the door (representing the company) Customer service - answer questions of clients, direct clients, Matric 2-4 years Client service/Ambassador role/information officer role Be excellently groomed and excellent at communication, be helpful by nature and be very friendly and accomodating at all times. Sensitive to client and staff requirements and problems. Ability to create a professional office environment. Organization and planning skills. Demonstrate strong moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and 3 positive living. Up to R150 000 per annum (R12.5 per month) Apply Now
