A Civil Construction Company in Wellington is looking to appoint a Concrete Foreman with at least 2 years' experience, including waterproof and off-shutter concrete works. Be physically fit for heavy work and enjoy working with their hands. Overseeing all activities about concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing. Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion. Consulting drawings and plans to ensure concrete structures are accurately placed and installed. Delegating tasks to concrete laborers and providing overall guidance. Inspect concrete after removing the formwork and shoring and instruct concrete laborers on correcting defects and concrete roughness. A minimum of 5 years experience in concrete construction as a foreman. A minimum of matric and a valid drivers' license are essential. The ability to communicate in Afrikaans and English is essential. Candidates residing in the Cape Peninsula and Boland areas will get preference. The ability to interpret drawings and plans.
