Locations: South Africa and United Kingdom Our client is seeking talented and experienced Lawyers to join their firm as consultants. The successful candidates will play a key role in providing legal advice and representation to clients, handling a diverse range of cases and transactions. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding legal matters while contributing to the growth and success of the firm. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to commercial law, property law, family law, and litigation Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients Stay up-to-date with developments in the law and industry trends Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct Qualifications: Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal department Strong knowledge and experience in one or more areas of law relevant to our practice areas Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations Our client is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
