Resolving client and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner. Liaising effectively with above country Vendor support desk. Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems Ensure management are aware of potential areas for potential problems, product enhancements and partner educational requirements. Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategies Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge Qualifications Degree/ND Finance or Information Technology Sage X3 Certification (Advantageous) Skills 3 Years Experience in SAGE X3 Support Knowledge of MS Dynamics Crystal Reporting Salary / Package R35 000 - R45 000 HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE
