- Qualification: Contact Centre NQF 4 or Generic Management NQF 4/5
- Potential Start Date: June 2024
- Location: Durban
- Stipend: R7500
Position Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12/National Senior Certificate)
- MS Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong and effective communication skills - verbal and written
- 6 months of contact centre experience within the last 18 months
