Kirk Marketing (Pty) Ltd a well established wholesaler requires an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join a strong Admin and Sales team. This person should be well spoken, a team player and Customer Service oriented. This position is fast paced and can be stressful due to the industry, the company expects the candidate to have a positive and hardy attitude at all times. The successful candidate will be required to fullfil the following duties: Process orders from inception to despatch Understand and work with back orders and quotes Process inter branch transfers between branches Discuss and offer product options to customers Perform various other administration and sales functions Required to get courier quotes for approval Assisting with Quaterly Stock Takes Matric Computer Literate Minimum 5 years experience in sales/admin environment Experience in a wholesale environment will be advantageous Good Organisational and Timekeeping Skills Meticulous attention to detail Pastel Evolution Experience a must MS Excel Skills Team Player in a fast-paced environment Must live in the Bellville or surrounding area and have reliable transport Salary Gross Salary R13000 pm Benefits Provident fund Bonuses are based on Company Sales targets being met Quarterly incentive scheme based on branch sales targets
