Corporate Trainer and Employee Development Lead Remote position, US based company Working hours: 2pm -11pm, 3pm -12am SAST Salary: R20 000 - R30 000 CTC, depending on experience Our client is seeking a seasoned Corporate Trainer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. As the Corporate Trainer and Employee Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in administering their company-wide training program, ensuring that all employees receive top-notch training to excel in their roles. This is a remote position with working hours aligned with US working hours. Administer the company-wide training program, including conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Provide support, coaching, and development to new hires during their nesting period. Conduct training on system/protocol updates and skill-building exercises. Master roles throughout the company to facilitate effective training. Lead the Employee Development Program, coaching, training, and developing on-team trainers and employees working towards elevated positions. Design and develop effective learning content tailored to various training needs. Create an efficient training model based on team and company requirements. Participate in training review and feedback sessions to continuously improve training processes. Develop high-quality training materials such as slides, modules, and videos. Evaluate existing training materials and processes consistently, making recommendations for improvement. Provide performance reviews for trainees and make recommendations accordingly. Perform other support-related tasks and functions as needed. Work afternoon/evening shifts (typically 2pm -11pm, 3pm -12am SAST). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer. Highly professional business presentation and demeanor. Excellent English communication skills. Strong technical skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. High-speed, uncapped internet (25 mbps) that can be wired to the computer. Newer computer with good specs: Windows 10, newer processor, 8GB RAM, SSD. Accessories: noise-canceling headset and webcam. Dedicated workspace: private room that is professional, functional, and distraction-free.
