Monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of actual vs budget of all open projects, relating to machine builds, refurbishments, repairs etc. External Sales: costing, quoting, and invoicing of external sales request for spare parts and repairs. Responsibility for the monthly balancing of total inventory on the balance sheet, which includes spare parts and work-in-progress. Annual obsolete stock calculations. Assisting with the preparation of quarterly management accounts to shareholders.
