If so, then we are looking for you The purpose of the role : Performs costing and administration for the branch and assists with planning. Prepare quotations (submitted by the Foreman/ASR or Artisan if on-site) Send quotations to the requesters. Follow up on customer orders. Opening of jobs (Create manual files). Ordering of parts. Following up on outstanding parts orders ETA. Booking of labour. Booking of expenses (Consumables, & Kilometres) travel time. Follow up on old WIP to get sorted and invoice (all open jobs). Invoicing work orders. Maintain hard and soft copy filing system. Answering of phone calls. Follow up on customer orders. Create PR for work orders. Follow up on supplier invoices. Submit signed invoices to procurement for processing. Submit weekly wages for approval and processing. Processing of credit notes. Capture weekly timesheets. Monthly balancing of labour. Generate weekly WIP report and submit to Boksburg-service. Follow up on back orders and provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders. Opening of all internal jobs. Booking of all internal jobs. Booking of all cost on internal jobs. Scanning all relevant documents like invoices on the share drive. Branch Reporting: WIP, Labour, Invoice Report. Report monthly targets against budget plan, and monthly work in progress reporting. Ensure service department complies with internal and external compliance. Executes all admin and clerical duties (Workshop/Field Service). Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma: Accounting (Essential) At least 3-5 years' experience in similar position Strong administrative and numeracy capabilities Attention to detail D365 (added advantage) and MS Office (Intermediate to advance level) Market related.
