As the Operations Manager at our Creative Studio located in Musgrave, Durban, you will be pivotal in managing our studio's daily operations, ensuring that projects flow smoothly from briefing to execution while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong background in creative operations, capable of liaising effectively with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee all aspects of studio operations including project briefing, allocation, execution, and quality control.  Serve as the primary liaison between the managing partner, account manager, and select clients to ensure project requirements and timelines are clearly communicated and met.  Manage and optimize the use of our cloud-based project management system, Monday.com, to track and allocate resources efficiently.  Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all outputs meet the desired standards of excellence.  Oversee the filing and archiving of all project files to ensure easy access and organization.  Conduct regular operational reviews and updates to ensure processes remain efficient and effective.  Lead and inspire the studio team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.  At least 5 years of experience in operations management within a creative or marketing agency.  Demonstrated ability to effectively manage creative teams and complex projects.  Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.  Experienced in using Monday.com or similar project management tools.  Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
