We are currently looking for an experienced Sage CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. Sage CRM systems implementation at clients Maintain project documentation (needs analysis, training manuals, change control processes) Writing of report specs and reports After implementation support to clients, either telephonically, onsite or remotely Upgrades of existing client systems Ensure client satisfaction at all times - during implementation and afterwards. Stay updated with latest functionality and services packs. Learn new products. Assist other consultants with problems at clients. Schedule and attend regular meetings at clients. Will be responsible for the following duties during each implementation: Provide info to Project Management including: Project Plans Project Costing Progress Meetings Issue Logs Update of PPO Needs Analysis System Configuration Parallel Run Live Run On-site User Acceptance Training Closure meetings Maintenance consultations On-site consulting and ad-hoc telephonic support. Telephonic support (TS) Also responsible for on-site consulting and ad-hoc telephonic support. Over the shoulder training. Each consultant's schedule is planned and varies between these duties. On-site consulting the consultant will go to the client's premises. Different types of consultations can be done as mentioned above. Client Contact is expected from all consultants to be done monthly to ensure excellent NPS scores. General Admin including: Schedule Management (Daily Timesheets) Invoicing (Daily and Weekly) Consultation reports (Monthly) Client emails (Daily) Sage CRM implementation & Support experience is essential SAGE CRM certification a must. 3 - 5 years SAGE CRM implementation & support experience Good Microsoft SQL knowledge Visual Studio Javascript (beneficial) Jquery (beneficial) Classic ASP (beneficial) BIC Market Related Apply Now
