Develop CSR Strategy and Policy to achieve CSR/CSI objectives. Develop Implementation Plan to drive and attain strategic CSR/CSI objectives. Research, benchmark, develop, maintain and review Corporate Social Responsibility methodologies and techniques. Conduct Risk/Benefit Analysis. Manage Stakeholder Engagements. Drive CSR/CSI Business Integration. Oversee all CSR/CSI related Communications. Overall Management of Annual CSR/CSI Program 1.Sales targets and growth 2.Managing Project (Corporate Social Investment) 3.Quotation, orders and Signing of Deeds of Cessions and Contracts 4.Meetings with Stakeholders and Clients 5.Presentations 6.Projects Reports 1.Sales targets and growth •Acquire CSI investment initiatives •Accomplish sales targets set •Acquiring of new CSI / CSR clients nationally and internationally •Prospecting 2.Managing CSI/CSR Projects (Corporate Social Investment / Corporate Social Responsibility ) •Project Planning & Managing of CSI Projects •Project budgets •Project Planning & Managing of CSI Projects •Management of awarded projects from inception to closing/practical completion. •Day to day activities on project progress •Management of awarded projects from inception to closing/practical completion. •Day to day activities on project progress 3.Quotation, orders and Signing of Deeds of Cessions and Contracts •Manage and sending quote to clients •Upon acceptance of the quotes, follow up on Orders •Arranging meeting to Sign SLA's 4.Meetings with Stakeholders and Clients •To Meet with stakeholders , for the relevant projects and the upcoming Projects. 5.Presentations •Product presentations to private sector clients 6.Projects Reports •Compile project reports for CEO & Operational Director •Reports on Progress. DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES: •Proven record in sales, preferably in the CSI and private sector •Excellent Communication, negotiation, and networking skills •Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline •Proven ability to meet sales targets and revenue generation goals •Comprehensive understanding of Corporate Social Investment •Excellent communication etiquette and people skills •Project management experience a plus •Ability to apply creativity and innovation to sales strategies •Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines •Careful attention to detail •Strong Microsoft Office Skills •Draw up accurate and detailed reports TECHNICAL COMPENTENCY Objectives / Responsibilities •Develop relationships with corporates to generate orders for our products and services through their CSI initiatives •Identify and contact potential customers in corporates NGO's, government and schools to secure sales •Meet Monthly sales targets and revenue goals •Maintain customer relationships and provide feedback on existing solutions and services for product or services improvement •Gather critical market insights to inform CSI strategy and objectives •Establish and maintain a database for corporate/companies and NGO's •Proactively build and maintain relationships with and identifies network of contacts •Establish a customer base •Identify opportunities for CSI collaboration and link projects and programs •Prepare and conduct presentations and proposals •Promote and present our product and service offerings •Plan and roll out marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing department To be discussed Apply Now
