Effective management and oversight of customer service operations, including oversight of: Daily vehicle intake (logging of job cards, quotation process, approval of expenses related to repairs, communication of approval to technicians etc). Monitor and follow up on parts orders , ensuring all parts are booked on system, stock inventory Monitor and control the performance of the workshop using appropriate reports and tracking systems (Auto Manage) Ensure that customers' service files are up-to-date and readily available for reference Technical: Ensure smooth operation of the workshop, in collaboration with the Workshop Foreman In conjunction with the Workshop Foreman, ensure correct and appropriate allocation of technical resources based on work volumes and deadlines Monitor technicians' daily productivity to ensure optimal performance. experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 3 of those at management level. Multi-brand workshop experience essential Education Grade 12, tertiary admin qualification advantageous R20K - R30K Apply Now
