Matric and 3 years Customer Support / Internal Sales experience is essential Experience in a Medical Environment is essential Duties Attend to sales order for various hospitals or medical practices Attend to communication and all administration from point of order to final delivery to the customer Generating quotes Preparing pro-forma invoices and final invoices Invoicing Government orders and invoice according to tender pricing Process sales orders received via emails within our Service Level Agreement of 24 hours Liaising with customers telephonically and via email Deal with Sales Reps regarding order queries, requests, new sales orders, back orders, medical kits, delivery arrangements etc. Releasing backorders, should it be requested Send invoices for consignment orders received by the customer and the Sales Consultant Replace medical consignment stock used Action movement of medical stock when collection / delivery was arranged Allocating stock for orders General administrative duties including regular filing Arranging collections and deliveries by completing the required template and sending it to Logistics to arrange Following up on collections and delivery requests Obtaining the necessary approval for credits to be passed Credits and re invoices to be done on the same day Booking out medical kits, if required Assisting with afterhours emergency call if required Removing consignment items invoiced from QWIX Investigating errors on QWIX transfers done by Sales Consultant Checking stock availability for Sales Consultants Applying transfers Removing and Invoicing items from WIP Replenishment weekly Strong administrative skills Strong communication skills Monthly plus Basic salary, medical aid, provident fund
