Our Bloemfontein Memorial park is seeking a sales and customer support canidiate to facilitate and attend to the administration of sales to customers as well as park-related administration. Key responsibilities: Receptionist of the park Answer phone/email as well as customer interaction Customer service Dairy management General Administration Office management Ensuring, arranging, and managing office-related activities to ensure that the offices and bathrooms are in an acceptable condition and standard. Liaising with Head Office around monthly office supplies, electronic faults, repairs, etc. Facilitating the entire sales process with customers Dealing with clients Administration around the sale Collection of payment Liaising with the finance department about allocations and invoicing. Assistance and relief to the park manager with funerals, arrangements, and supervision of the park on Saturdays. Any other task the Park Manager may deem fit to support the management of the park. Education: Minimum Grade 12 Experience and Knowledge: Must be Bilingual - read and speak Afrikaans and English (Sotho will be an added advantage). Sale and marketing experience - Selling up market products. Computer literacy (Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills) Basic administration processes (including filing and record keeping) Who would be ideal candidates for this position: Self-driven Attention to detail You need to be highly organised. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Face-to-face, written and over the telephone). Professional with a friendly and approachable personality and a willingness to help others You need to have a passion for people, need to build relationships with both internal and external clients. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Have the ability to close a sales deal. Be eager to learn new things and receive constructive feedback. Have the ability to multitask. Comfortable to work on your own and within a team. Quick to respond and comfortable with sudden changes. Must be comfortable handling frustrated, sad and/or aggravated clients, calmly and professionally. Punctual and dedicated to the job.
