As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing vast datasets, developing predictive models, and optimizing collection strategies to enhance recovery rates and minimize risk. Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze historical collection data. Develop predictive models to forecast debtor behavior, default rates, and prioritize collection strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize collection strategies and improve recovery efficiency. Create visually informative dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders. Monitor and refine collection strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics. Qualifications: Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Experience working in a collections or finance-related domain is highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
