. Overall Management and accountability of DC which includes Receiving, Warehousing, Stock Management, Dispatching, Vehicle Management and if possible Cold Storage with a minimum of 5 years' experience (proper references will be conducted). Problem Solving Ability Adherence to duties and procedures to working instructions. Responsible for overall profitability of the DC/Managing costs. Staff development. Stock losses & damages to be below the agreed target. On-Time Departure (min. 98%). Service Delivery % (min. 98.5%). Expenditures related to Operational department minimized/ less than previous month/ period. KPI feedback with direct reports and ensure monthly KPI reviews are done with all staff. Ensuring pick rate targets are met. Daily and monthly stock takes. Staff management and IR related issues. Continuous improvement.
