Qualification BTech in Chemistry or similar Requirements Must have working experience in fragrance development and application. Experience in managing raw material quality and substitutions, product formulation, process optimisation and new product implementation. Good project management and communication skills. Duties Characterising and matching fragrances used in different products such as fragrance oils, personal care, home and fabric care product. Preparing, analysing, interpreting, and quantifying fragrances based on GC-MS reports. Participating in the olfactory evaluation of the matched fragrances and interpreting findings. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge library of new fragrance ingredients and components within the market. Resolving customer complaints. R 600000 - Annually
