You'll be the financial navigator, steering the company through the exhilarating waters of growth and stability, directly harmonizing with the CEO and the board to amplify the company's financial performance. Responsibilities: Financial reporting to the Board of Directors and Senior Management. Innovate and enhance financial obligations and internal control processes to optimize cost and efficiency. Command enterprise risk management and mitigate risks. Champion the integration of an ERP system to streamline financial operations. Design and refine the company's structure for legal and financial fluency across all entities. Lead the treasury and cash management. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years in the financial field. CPA, SAICA, ACCA, or a similar esteemed accounting designation. Mastery in IFRS and group consolidation. French language skills are a bonus
