A Strong background in Property Law and a passion for delivering excellent client service to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Incorporating an existing practice is an option. Liaise with Clients; real estate agents; mortgage lenders and other parties Finance and Budgeting Provide direction; strategy and leadership of department Relationship Management and new business Bachelors degree in Law Admitted Conveyancer required Proven experience as a conveyancer with a minimum of 10 years experience Thorough understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures and land registration systems market related
