Assists the Dispatch Manager with control of the Warehouse and Dispatch Department Control the flow of finished goods, from the factory, in and out of the Dispatch Department Liaises with other branches to coordinate intercompany orders and deliveries Ensuring orders are checked against picking slips Supervises and assists with the loading of all orders Plans and schedules transport with company vehicles and third-party transporters Ensures timeous delivery of all orders Liaises with internal staff and transporters to resolve queries Ensures a safe working environment and adheres to housekeeping standards National Senior Certificate Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics - advantageous Previous working experience in a warehouse/dispatch environment - highly advantageous Technical aptitude Computer Literacy Ability to work overtime
