Driver_Durban - - Durban

Main Purpose of the Job: Drive a Truck/Vehicle to ensure company`s on-time deliveries as per trip schedule.

The successful candidate must be able to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

Deliveries of materials.
Loading and unloading of materials and products using a Forklift.
Interact with Customers in delivery process.
Stores and Stock Control.
Cleanliness of Stores and Delivery Vehicles
Any other admin duties as related to the job.
Upholding the rule of law as it relates to traffic rules.
Deliver and collect products.
Carrying out daily check list.
Keeping vehicles clean.
Report any incidents or any mechanical problems to Branch Manager.
Use PPE that are provided by the company as per symbolic signs and areas.
Keeping driver licence up to date (PDP).
Report Services due time of vehicle according to service kilometres and present vehicle to service stations as per booking.
Assist with production where and when required.

Education/Professional Qualifications

Work Experience & Skill requirement.

At least 5 years of driving experience.
Care for vehicle and stock.
"In house" training on the laminator to capacitate knowledge of production (to be provided in-house).
Stocktaking experience will be an added advantage.
