Manage budgets and report on e-commerce performance. Lead the social media marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise online merchandising and marketing campaigns. Continuously improve website functionality and user experience. Analyse performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Source and manage third-party technology and marketing partners. Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure ongoing staff training and development. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with a focus on retail. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing. 3 years in a middle/senior management role. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Magento and WooCommerce, and payment gateways. Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like GA4 and Sprout. Proven social media, SEO, PPC, mobile, and email marketing track record. Deep understanding of retail marketing and customer behaviour in Southern Africa.
