Job Summary: The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. They oversee a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specifications.
- Plan and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects, including scheduling manpower and equipment resources.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and technicians, troubleshooting complex electrical problems and offering solutions.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects, and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct training sessions for electricians and technicians on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments or contractors to facilitate the completion of electrical projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
