Do you possess a deep understanding of local and regional labour laws? If so, I want to hear from you My client is seeking an Employee and Labour Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team in Zimbabwe . Reporting to the Head of People and Labour Relations, you'll play a crucial role in providing professional employment law and employee relations services within the framework of Zimbabwean and Malawian labour laws. Role Purpose: As our Employee and Labour Relations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in handling all employment law aspects, including disputes and disciplinary matters. Your primary focus will be on promoting a fair and balanced approach while ensuring compliance with regulations in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and potentially other African countries. Working closely with leadership teams and the wider Human Capital team, you'll drive projects and programs aligned with our ER strategy and key objectives.
