Urgently looking for a full time End-User Computing Engineer, who will be able to demonstrate solution, service knowledge, and possess sound knowledge of infrastructure and systems. Someone who can demonstrate problem analysis and solution formulation skills as well as possess good planning, with time management ability and the ability to cope under pressure. Lastly someone who is passionate about enterprise-level IT solutions with a limitless willingness to learn. The successful candidate is required to ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational, according to client requirements. Will also provide End-user Computing support to clients which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations and related infrastructure. Also, someone who can Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail. As well as take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution within the service level conditions. Must have; Degree in Computer Science or related field CCNA/A/N; MCSE or relevant qualification preferred 9 years’ work experience At least 8 years’ experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, WAN optimizers and monitoring applications
