Meeting arrangements and boardroom booking management
Prepare meeting documents and minute taking
Prepare quarterly board packs
Travel arrangements, track travel costs
General office support and coordination for the CEO and CFO
Put together MS PowerPoint presentation, financial spreadsheets, reports, meeting agendas etc.
Maintain diaries with travel schedules, meetings etc.
Attend to phone calls and emails
Collation of information from Heads of departments
Office and equipment maintenance
Arrange staff events
Ad hoc duties
Qualification and Experience:Matric plus BCom in Administration or similar qualification
3+ years experience as support to an executive team
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong verbal and written English communication
Staff management experience
Self starter, organised, attentive to detail
