If numbers are your game and precision your rule, this is the role for you Responsibilities: Manage and execute accounts payable and receivable with a keen eye for detail. Craft and upkeep meticulous financial documents and reports. Reconcile bank and credit card statements with unwavering accuracy. Assist in payroll processing, and employee expense reimbursement. Maintain impeccable financial records and document management systems. Contribute to financial audits with reliable documentation and support. Provide top-notch administrative support to the director and executive team. Enhance financial process efficiency in collaboration with leadership. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Requirements: Matric, with postgraduate qualification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working with basic financial principles and practices. Uncompromising ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Adaptability to pivot with changing priorities and deadlines. Independent worker, capable of self-management and initiative. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with accounting software is a plus.
