We are seeking a diligent and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join a beautiful resort in Ballito. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our resort's guest accommodations and public areas. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively, wewant to hear from you urgently Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, suites, and public areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper in a hospitality setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; or related field preferred. Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper in a hospitality setting. R20 000 per month live in
