Key Responsibilities: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within your assigned territory Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and potential customers Promote, sell, and secure orders for the company's products using a relationship-based approach Demonstrate products (physically or via catalogues) and assist customers in selecting the best solutions Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries with internal teams Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints Develop and execute a comprehensive call schedule to cover your territory effectively Provide reports on call results, customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services Stay up-to-date with new products, technology, market conditions, and changing customer needs Perform customer analysis, market assessments, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis Participate in trade shows and conventions Receive queries and compose detailed quotes for customers, both telephonically and in writing Present pricing, discounts, credit terms, and conditions per company policies Facilitate the order process by preparing sales orders Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional offers Educate customers on terminology, part numbers, features, and product benefits Remain up-to-date on new products and customer preferences through internal training Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Valid driver's license Excellent communication and persuasive skills Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software 3 years of experience in hydraulics sales Join our client's team and unlock your sales potential in the dynamic hydraulics industry.
