Position Overview: As an External Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding their customer base in the George region. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with potential clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and persuasion skills, along with a deep understanding of their products and services. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the George region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of their lighting solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize sales productivity. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand awareness and driving market share growth through various marketing initiatives. Uphold high standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all sales interactions. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven success. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Excellent persuasion skills, with a track record of effectively closing deals and overcoming objections. In-depth product knowledge and understanding of lighting solutions, with the ability to convey their benefits to customers. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client concerns promptly. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage leads efficiently.
