A reputable electronics distribution company based in Johannesburg has a vacancy for a Field Application Engineer position. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring successful implementation and usage of our products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to meet customer needs and drive customer satisfaction. Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience in technical support or customer-facing roles Knowledge of electronic components, embedded systems, and microcontrollers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to travel to customer sites when required Experience with programming languages such as C/C++ is a plus Experience in the electronics industry Basic Salary Medical Aid Provident Fund
