DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A ss u me s r e s p o n s i b i li ty f or e x e c u t in g a ss i g n e d B u s in e ss P r a c ti s e s a n d V e nd o r s ma r k e t i n g s t r a te gy , pl a n s, pr o g r am s a n d c a m p a i g n s. Conceptualises and implements both long and short run marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns as agreed with the Business Unit Lead, to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Business Practise's products and services. Executes marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns to generate awareness and create preference for Business Practise, Vendors and Reseller Partners products and services. Ensures marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns are executed according to agreed plans, stated and agreed deliverables and business outcomes, as well as agreed costs and timelines. Generates demand pipeline for the Business Practise, Vendor and Reseller Partner through various marketing channels and tools including social and digital media, events, webinars, telemarketing and DG campaigns as well as loyalty programs. Tracks, monitors and manages all plans, programs and campaigns and supply quarterly management reports pertaining to the ROI of each plan, program and campaign. Manages joint marketing funds, virtual wallets and other available funds to execute marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns. Creates, obtains approval, secures and claims vendor funding. Influences and represents Vendor and Reseller Partner marketing content requirements to Content Topic teams. Generates customer testimonials. Ensures a clear understanding of Business Practise, Vendors and Reseller Partner's p r o du c t s, sol ut i o n s a n d services a t all t imes. PERSON SPECIFICATION Re quir e d Kn o wl e d g e Strong knowledge of Collaboration & Networking products as well as Security foundations, architectures and solutions along with IT, Telecom & Industry knowledge. Strong knowledge and experience in Social and Digital marketing, Event Management, Campaign (telemarketing & DG) creation, Content development and Loyalty Programs. Audience Analysis. Awareness and use of SFDC or other Reseller Partner management tools. Working k n owle d ge O f f i c e a pp lic a t i o n s. Education/Certification Matric. Mar k e t i n g r e l a t e d q u al i f i c a t io n . Ex p e ri e n ce R e q u ir e d 3 years' Marketing and Industry experience with relevant experience in Vendor and Reseller Partner marketing with IT companies (B2B) or similar function in Channel Marketing. Proven experience in conceptualising and executing marketing strategies, plans, programs and campaigns. Strong experience in collaboration with global, regional and country teams in driving execution. Experience in Vendor and Reseller Partner Relationship management programs and Loyalty programs. Revenue focused and ROI driven campaign experience. Big data analysis and data led demand generation campaigns experience. Experience in working with Collaboration & Networking Vendors and Reseller Partners, with existing relationships, is advantageous. Driver's license and own ve h i c le are e ss e nt ial. Ski ll s & A b i l i t i e s Excellent presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
