Field Sales Manager - Sandton
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Commercial RTD strategy & plan with key stakeholders
Manage 3rd Party Sales Force in the informal space
Collaborate with field sales team nationally for RTD plans
Facilitate information flow between teams to meet objectives
Manage detailed CPA process from concept to deployment
Track trade investments and implement learnings
Key Deliverables:
Support Commercial Expansion Director and Regions to achieve business goals
Implement Field Sales strategy with resource allocation
Manage 3rd Party Sales Force with measurable tools
Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce Degree or similar
At least 6 years of experience in a commercial environment, 2 in management or 8 in sales
Off-trade environment experience
