Field Sales Manager - Sandton

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Commercial RTD strategy & plan with key stakeholders
  • Manage 3rd Party Sales Force in the informal space
  • Collaborate with field sales team nationally for RTD plans
  • Facilitate information flow between teams to meet objectives
  • Manage detailed CPA process from concept to deployment
  • Track trade investments and implement learnings
Key Deliverables:
  • Support Commercial Expansion Director and Regions to achieve business goals
  • Implement Field Sales strategy with resource allocation
  • Manage 3rd Party Sales Force with measurable tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree or similar
  • At least 6 years of experience in a commercial environment, 2 in management or 8 in sales
  • Off-trade environment experience essential
  • Drivers License
