We are currently seeking a vibrant and energetic Field Service Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience from the same industry. Control of Servicing, breakdowns and Preventive Maintenance of Forklifts Answering Calls from clients with breakdowns and logging/ Opening jobs Dispatching respective technicians to complete jobs Liaising with customers regarding status of jobs (ETA's on parts and booking jobs with customers once the parts arrive) Planning Technician's routes Making Follow ups and Feedback Monthly inspections and quotes Assisting with quotes from respective technicians Job Cards Handle Job cards Queries for the Service Administration Department A minimum of 2 Years working experience Matric Certificate is a must A relevant tertiary qualification is an added advantage Good Communication Skills Computer Literacy Ability to withstand pressure To be discussed in the Interview
