FILLING STATION MANAGER VACANCY to be discussed - Polokwane

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Filling Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service station. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of running a filling station as well as exceptional managerial skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our service station while delivering high-quality service to our valued customers. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports, including but not limited to: Cash-ups, Day-end and Banking, Dippings, Cash Collections, Month-end Any other reports required from time to time to reflect operations at the filling station Report faulty items requiring dealer's attention Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers and promote the filling station to potential customers Plan and oversee shift changes Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems Screen possible new appointees and make recommendations to Dealer Manage the staff and ensure on-going staff training Ensure SHEQ and all statutory compliance Take responsibility for all stock on site, including fuel and Convenience Shop Ordering and receiving supplies Keep up to date on fuel prices and ensure fuel price changes are implemented monthly Maintain pumps and fuel supply The Site Manager must: Have excellent communication skills in English and at least one other local language Good leadership and decision making skills Be a team leader and motivate all staff members Be capable of analytical thinking, clear decision-making and excellent organizational skills Be customer-focused Good planning and organising skills Excellent computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Word WinBranch / Fuel Station Back Office and POS Systems experience highly preferred Working knowledge and experience in reporting fuel sales, fuel stock management and ordering Proactive, target driven and customer focussed Able to work in a fast-paced work environment To Be discussed
