Cash book reconciliation of payment and receipts Petty cash reconciliation and posting Debtors reconciliations and statements Creditors reconciliation from logistics Credit notes approval Journal entries Trial Book Balance Finacial Reporting Forex sales invoices Forex bank reconciliation and spreadsheet update Monthly expense schedule comparison sheet update Monthly supplier and sundry payments schedule Monthly salary schedule exel and payroll Emp201 reconciliation and submission on e-filing Vat201 reconciliation and submission on e-filing Bi-annual irp5 preparation for submission EE, BB-BEE and POPI compliance W&rseta and teta submission for refund and training fixed asset register update Annual stock take and verification for auditors Year end audit preparation for auditors Correspondance with auditors Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management 3 to 5 years Exprerience Must be Computer Literate Have HR Knowledge Previous Industry Experience Engineering , Marine , Maritime ,Technical (not a must but an advantage) Can Travel Easily Enough to Paarden Eiland Cape Town Market Related.
