Reference: CMF003042-LZ-1 Financial services clients are looking for a Finance Manager directly reporting to the Head of Finance, ideal candidate has to come from Financial Services CIMA candidate. Purpose to provide insight and analysis to support the executive team and board ,to ensure business decisions are grounded in sound financial criteria, to drive project proposals and evaluations, forecasting and budgeting analysis to enhance the financial performance and address any possible business risk promptly. Qualifications: Completed B.com degree in Accounting CIMA 3 years experience in a financial planning and analysis role Honers degree in Accounting Skills: Strong commercial and operation focus Excel critical (Advanced) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power BI and Qliksense Job description: Budgeting take on the annual budget process Work with relevant growth managers to create a realistic revenue budget Work with relevant cost center budget owners to create a realistic operational expenses budget Assist people with building their business cases and relevant ROI's Determining best investment for the business Understand cause and effect drivers of environmental forces Adapt and transform finance with the macro-environment Assist budget owners throughout the year to keep to the set budget Reporting provide in-depth analysis of various aspects of the business ,with the purpose of enhancing the financial performance and addressing any possible business risk in a timely manner Assist business with managing their expenses by giving proper insight into actual results vas budget.Assisting budget owners with data as and when required Providing accurate and insightful information and reporting to various business departments and exco.Help to build a scalable business Assist with company reporting as required by the CFO Month end and year rollovers Analysis and forecasting monthly financial forecasts submitted within group deadlines KI forecasts,sales Various reports to assist with decision making and performance improvement Please visit our website www.communicate.co.za to submit your CV directly or to view other Finance related jobs.
