- B. Com or equivalent qualification, with completed articles
- Advanced Excel
- Sage Evolution would be beneficial
- 3 5 years experience in managing a team, within a business environment.
- Drivers License and Own Vehicle
- Comprehensive understanding of systems and processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Values team work but is self-motivated
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast
- Analysis of Budget and Forecast vs actual spend Monthly
- Oversee Debtors and Creditors Staff
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Calculation of monthly rebates and discounts from suppliers and customers
- Sign off Salary Payroll
- Preparation and Submission of VAT
- POPIA ensure required are met on an ongoing basis
- Final sign off of supplier recons and payment list
- Maintains company policy and procedures file
- Management of FAR
- W&T Register
