Job Title : Financial Accountant. Division : Llumar. Area : Bedfordview. Closing Date : 31st May 2024. LLumar® is the sole distributor of LLumar® high performance building/home and auto glass window film in Southern Africa. LLumar® supply the largest range of solar control, safety, decorative, and energy saving window films. Job Description : As a Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in generating, analyzing, and reporting financial information essential for informed business decisions. Your expertise will contribute to overall sustainability and profit while ensuring stringent financial and business process controls. Collect, process, record, reconcile, and report financial data to support the Finance Department. Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenditure, assets, and liabilities, ensuring integrity and compliance. Analyze divisional financial performance to facilitate strategic decision-making. Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiencies for operational assessment. Oversee debtors' collections in line with company policies and KPIs. Ensure adherence to internal policies, external legislation, and corporate governance standards. Optimize costing structures to enhance profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial performance issues and improve profit margins. Manage and mentor staff through performance and development processes. Critical Requirements: Qualifications : Grade 12, BCom Finance Degree. Knowledge : Financial and cost accounting principles, corporate governance, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, import/export accounting. Skills : Proficient in MS Office and SAP, excellent planning and organizing abilities, strong time management, detail-oriented, exceptional reporting skills.
