Robert Walters South Africa As the Financial Analyst you will be working alongside the finance team to meticulously analyse and prepare recharges to funds for travel expenses. Additionally, they will ensure expenses align with compliance and recharge policies, aid the global offices regarding expense inputting, and oversee the monthly/quarterly recharge process. Key qualifications for the Financial Analyst: Bachelor's degree in finance SAP Concur certification Previous exposure to SAP Concur Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable - Advantageous Exposure to Expenses Module - Advantageous Excel Knowledge - NB Beneficial experience includes working with multiple legal entities under various legal structures Key duties of the Financial Analyst include but are not limited to: Managing the recharge of travel expenses to funds Ensure these expenses align with compliance, recharge, and global expense policies Assist with queries regarding inputting expenses into the SAP Concur system Reviewing and collating receipts and relevant documentation for recharge, preparing monthly/quarterly recharges, obtaining all necessary approvals, and providing ad hoc book-keeping support Check that expenses have been inputted correctly to enable the recharge process Assist with queries regarding inputting expenses into and using the SAP Concur system Review and collate receipts and relevant documentation for recharge Prepare monthly/quarterly recharges and obtain all required approvals Provide assistance and support with other non-travel related recharges Provide ad hoc book-keeping support to the UK based finance team Key personal skills of a successful Financial Analyst: Excellent attention to detail Methodical work manner Ability to analyse large amounts of data Capability to deal with complexity and decipher correct actions Understanding of expense categorisation Ability to maintain confidentiality Good communication skills Experience working in a high-performance culture of continual performance improvement If you are passionate about meticulous finance operations and possess the requisite skills and experience, then please get in touch to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
